Official Opening Ceremony with Kraftwerk’s Wolfgang Flür

Friday 15th April
3:30 for 4:00pm

We are very proud to announce the official opening of our new music studio complex at Northbrook College by Wolfgang Flür of seminal electronic music pioneers Kraftwerk.

Designed and built to professional acoustic standards by The Studio People, this stunning new 24 studio facility boasts the best of British analogue mixing desks with the latest in Digital Audio. This state of the art complex is one of the largest and best equipped educational resources in the UK.

Founded in 1997, Northbrook’s Music department, currently rated ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED, is highly regarded for its teaching and training with staff and alumni working across the music industry both locally and internationally. With up to 400 music students annually across all levels including degrees, recent successes include a BAFTA winner, ‘Track of the week’ by three separate artists on the Annie Mac Radio 1 show and a signing by Polydor records, amongst many other achievements by our current and ex-students.
